Хотелската част на комплекса се намира на втория етаж и включва-13 двойни стаи,обзаведени модерно и стилно,всяка със собствен санитарен възел.Отскоро са пуснати в експоатация и новите стаи на хотела,които имат и кухненски бокс и тераси.Апартаментите са 3 на брой.Също обзаведени стилно и комфортно и с тераси. На първия етаж е предвиден и СПА център. Комплексът е с напълно изградена инфраструктура.Има собствено водо и електрозахранване,собствена пътна връзка,агрегат,интернет,телефония,Булсатком.
